Lars acts as special legal adviser to several technology driven companies with interests primarily in biotechnology, chemistry, drug development and IT. He is a specialist on international contracts with an emphasis on licensing, distribution and marketing/research collaboration agreements both in Europe and the U.S.

Lars's skills and experience include all areas of business law. Prior to dedicating his time to rambe legal consultants, he served as International Counsel for a billion dollar company, Pharmacia & Upjohn and also Amersham Pharmacia Biotech. During this time and also thereafter, Lars has contributed to the successful completion of a number of mergers and joint ventures. This includes the joining of forces between Nycomed Amersham plc and Pharmacia Biotech AB in 1997.In addition to this, Lars has successfully negotiated and established many international contracts covering supply, distribution, O.E.M, marketing, branding, research and intellectual property licensing.

Today, Lars works with several start-up companies as well as more mature companies. Lars is experienced in managing both the business and legal issues that arise in the early stage of a company's development and issues that arise in the progress to maturity. As Managing Partner Lars is responsible for the development of rambe legal.

Lars is a graduate of Uppsala University, Sweden and has also studied English law at the University of Surrey as well as taken additional courses on pharmaceutical law, intellectual property management and international contract drafting and negotiation.
